Was buzzing to come across these 2 ingredients together as one, for a great price. Not only are these a godsend for after the gym, minimising pain within a matter of hours, (my partner is a boxer & these really help!) but I suffer from cluster headaches & they keep those at bay too, will be regularly purchased.

I had sore knees off running, after 1 week my pain had gone , I never stopped running. I also was walking minimum of 4 miles a day at same time . So it's not asif I rested them. Also helped with shoulder injury.

Taken them for 6 weeks felt no difference! Suffer from ibs and other problems they did nothing! Best to invest on the injections
