Good supplement. We feel better since taking it. Was a little concerned about the higher dosage, but I have an autoimmune disorder, and it's working well. It's a really good value! Easy to swallow.

I am very happy with these supplements. I like that the vitamin D supplements have coconut oil in them instead of harmful seed oils like soybean oil. They aren't overly large and they are easy to swallow. I don't get any unpleasant aftertaste with them either. I also like that they are 10,000 units. I feel like this is the right strength for me.

This is a great way to get a large dose of D3 and K2 in convenient packaging. The pills are easy to swallow and there is a lot of them for the price. I haven't had a blood test since taking this brand but I think they are effective since I notice no drop off in my health.

Exactly what I expected. Item came on time, there was no issues with damaged pills during shipping. No issues with taking these pills, they don't upset my stomach or cause any issues. The true test will my Vitamin D levels. I have labs pulled every 6mths and my vitamin D has been beautiful for the past few years taking a name brand..an expensive name brand. Lol I will update my review if my numbers drop because if they do, it is because i switched to these. As of now I recommend these!

I seem to have more energy when I take these. I have not had labs drawn, but these seem to be good quality and arr easy on my pocketbook, not to mention easy to swallow. The bag last much longer than my other supplements.

I have degenerative disc/joint disease. When my joints cross the threshold into major pain, I know I'm low on vitamin D. Usually I go to the doctor, they draw blood, and prescribe Vitamin D. I take one of these everyday. It helped my wintertime blues sustained my energy through the early dark days and I didn't gain any winter weight this year.
