Can see the effects in a few weeks.. small tablest easy to swallow no taste which is good.. no side effects quality product just gotta keep to it but definitely see results

Good value at 4 months supply and easy to take. Not too sure on whether there's been any truly noticeable benefit of taking but compared to other supplements it seems reasonably price and offers a good dosage, if it does provide some benefit. Can be difficult to objectively review supplements that may offer health benefits but in a subtle manner - however the price point and generous 4 months supply due to single high dose capsule are plus points for sure. Worth trying and seeing for yourself if these help.

But I also take other herbal supplements. At first, maca alone was enough, but to prevent hot flushes, now I need soy isoflavones with other plant ingredients. These are high strength, vegan and good value. The bottle these supplements come in is a sensible size and it's appropriately filled close to the top. 120 tablets for the price is good value and the dosage is one per day. The tablets themselves are very small, and they're easy to swallow whole (see the photo of one in my hand). It has a mild vitamin-like smell, but doesn't have any aftertaste.As for the effects of using it, I wanted to give the supplement a bit of time to see how it works, which is why my review is almost four weeks after delivery. The calming effect seems quite pronounced to me, so I think they're doing something. It's a bit too much of a difference to be a placebo. I can't comment on the reduction/stoppage of hot flushes, as I don't get those.Overall, I'm happy with the effects so far.

These are really easy to take tablets, unlike other's I've tried that are the size of a horse pill. They don't leave any aftertaste or cause any heartburn etc that I've noticed. As for the health benefits it's hard to judge yet as it's only been a few days but I have high hopes.

i hadn't initial realised that as a root vegetable that belongs to the Brassicaceae family and only grows around 4000m above sea level in a remote part of the Peruvian Andes.The Incan people call maca the “food of the brain” and there are different colours which claim to have slightly different benefits.Maca for me has been a regular supplement along with my family, the dosages look okay and they have been very easy to take with water.The bottle size is great for us as we are sharing it three ways, for less people taking the supplement, this just means the bottle is going to last longer.I think the pricing is on point, its a good strength, good dosage and a decent quantity all rolled up into one bottle, this would probably be where we would look ourselves to purchase, in and around this level.Overall very happy
