My kids love these gummies. I don’t have to fight them to take their vitamins. Texture is like a regular gummy with sugar on it. The size is big enough to chew and not just immediately swallow.Quality:Good

There is a problem with these and the problem is that they are so darn delicious. I end up eating twice or 2 1/2 times to three times the number that I’m supposed to take because they are so darn tasty.

These gummies taste very good and I only have to take 2 a day to get almost all of my required calcium. I will be interested to get my bone scan results in another year to see if anything has improved - or at least will be pleased if it hasn't gotten worse.

I must say that I have noticed an increase in my energy levels. I hope that these products will also support height growth, although they were originally intended for my daughter. I decided to try them myself, and I find them quite enjoyable to taste. My energy has definitely improved, and I appreciate how easy they are to chew. I will definitely be purchasing more in the future, and I encourage others to give them a try as well! So far, I have not experienced any side effects.

I bought these gummy vitamins because I liked the vitamins contents and low sugar. I have been giving these to my 11 yr old son for about a month now and he has already grown 2 inches taller. I didn't think it would work so quickly. They are great quality. He very likes the taste of the gummies.
