I really like the ingredients of this Prime MD Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon. I've only had them a week or so but they say that of 3 things that it helps are why I've been going to a doctor. I'd rather not take a prescription. I have really researched about what these ingredients can do. I'm well past 80 so I'm doing some things right! I am taking 2 prescriptions. Not against doctors.

I had a bad reaction to Metformin, so I did some research and found that Berberine and Cinnamon work to lower blood sugar. I found a product that contains both, and I am very pleased with the results. There is no bad reaction, and it is easy to take. I am so happy I found this!

I've only been taking this for about a week and I absolutely love it. I've tried several products trying to get rid of my sweet tooth and nothing has worked until now. I have no sugar cravings whatsoever. It has also curved my cravings for late night snacks. Very highly recommend this product.

It's way too soon to ask me to review a product that recommends I use it for 6 months for effectiveness. I've been using it for about 4 days now. I can't tell if it is doing anything other than I don't feel like eating anything throughout most of the day or night. But I was already struggling to eat food so it's hard to guess whether it's this new supplement or just life in general. But it's not causing me any side effects or issues
