Sunfiber is one of the best tolerated fiber supplements that I've tried. It doesn't cause the gas and bloating that psyllium does. It is supposed to be: low fodmap, low oxalate, and no heavy metal concerns. I just add a scoop to my morning cereal and don't even notice it.

Have been taking psyllium husk fiber for years. Not that it was bad but I did not notice any difference. Switched to Sunfiber based on suggestion of others and I am pleased. I actually noticed less discomfort and bloating. Blends nicely in my morning smoothie. Tasteless.
