I decided against adding an image because lets face it who wants to see this products outcome?Talking about my bowel movements is not something I ever thought I would share with the world, but here I am.Ive been using this product for over a month now, I take 2 tablets a day and usually whenever I remember to.I take different medications and this usually means I poop maybe twice a week, since taking this I have been pooping every day and sometimes more than once a day. My poops (here we go Im really going for it now) used to be very hard and painful to pass (Im so sorry) but now my poops are much easier to pass and I dont dread bowel movements. (By dread I mean bargaining with any Gods that would listen that I will be a better person, save kittens and help old people cross the road if this could be an easy process)I have noticed If I forget to take the tablets I go straight back to how my bowel movements were originally, not often and particularly painful.For me these tablets have worked very well,

Do the job, but some tablets were broken which left a powdery taste in the rest which my wife finds most off putting.

Great product, really does work wonders, have purchased many times and using regularly. Good fibre support and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a little help in this department. The tablets are quite big, but because they work so well, an effort is made to take them daily.

Helps with with movements

I have just ordered these on monthly repeat, having suffered from diverticulitis symptoms most of last year, I finally found these. I take 2/3 tablets half hour before each meal and other than regular bowel movements the pain has gone. Enabling me to live a normal cramp free life. I have tried numerous other products on the market and none kept me pain free.Best secret find ever.

Well, what can I say, I've suffered with severe constipation for years, and recently had a really bad spell, tried every laxative and softener known to man, nothing worked. Then I came across these in a desperate search for something that works. And 2 days of taking them, hey presto... Result!!! Hopefully it's not just a flash in the pan (no pun intended😂) but I'm relieved in more ways than one to have found these! I'm now referring to them as a miracle pill 😉

If you want to fart constantly....this is for you!...maybe due to rising fuel costs it could be useful to self propel instead of using cars or public transport but if you don't want your partner & family to leave you....maybe don't bother 😂😂😂

this is a good supplement if you are on a diet or you eat the wrong foods with no fibre, fibre is needed for maintaining good bowel movements which diets dont provide
