Always pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for at 8 minutes! This is the only way to get a safe food! Please do not pour the boiling water directly onto the tea bag, as the tea bag could burst due to the sudden swelling of the tea. Avoid if sensitive to any of the ingredients.
