Q: I do not have the cd for the software not even a mini cd. would you be able to help? also did this product have to have a case?

The software can be downloaded from a link on the inside of the box with a special code printed on a sticker. There is no case with this product unfortunately.

I would believe you may be able to download the software from Contec Electronic Digital LED. but the Mini Disc Rom should have been in the box, the software is on a mini disc and not a CD Disc, so you may not be aware. I hope this is of help, thank you.

Q: no software. I an far from happy with this and am on the poiint of returning it. No software. No disc little or anywhere.

What software? It gives values? Plenty for at home and price I thought. Handy for monitoring and not a replacement for professional investigation.
