The best
I used this all the time when I lived in the USA and although it’s about 50p a box there, it’s that good that I’m willing to splurge on it here. Simple, basic but the best mix for corn muffins and corn bread.

Very small packet
Not good value for money, doesn't taste amazing! To get a decent sized cornbread I used 2 packets, mine were In date .. and came well packaged.. but expensive for the quantity!

Not exactly cheap but very convenient and easy to use. Just add an egg and a splash of milk and in 15 minutes you have 6 tasty muffins.
