Seems to leak co2
When I purchased this the very first two times I used it I had zero problems but shortly thereafter it seemed to have a CO2 leak every single time I tried to use it. If you're going to use it only for an emergency, that may be of concern because you want to make sure you have maximum velocity

Scorpion Junk Gun.
I would give it zero stars but it ask for a star. This gun is peace of junk. When you put the clip in it tries to load two balls. When it does load right you get one or two shots before it jams. You can't stick the cartridge without the clip coming out.

Finish quality is really poor, NO RAIL, More powerful options for similar price, Good size I guess
The plastic looks like crap, there is NOT a rail space underneath as the description specified so it is incorrect there, and beyond that there are more powerful options on Amazon for a similar price. They are generally larger, and I was hoping for something more compact to carry. This is the right size... but the wrong product.Just the presentation of the product, the quality of the finish, the quality of the plastic (yikes...) and the blatant false description about it having "picatinny" rails all lead me to not trust it.There's like... notches in the body? Sort of? That's what they're calling picatinny. However, the bottom of the pistol's frame is curved... not flat like a picatinny rail section. So what fits? Nothing. I think you might be able to just barely squeeze some wayyyy out of spec cheap picatinny flashlight ring on there, but not a normal one. Not any of my attachments, that's for sure. The teeth won't grab into the notches on the body, not even close. I'd have to modify it, and I'm going to return it so that's not happening. The one thing this does, that the other options did not, is fill the intermediate size I was looking for. My HDP is quite a large pistol, especially with its attachments.I am 99% on returning it... nevermind, I'm definitely returning it. I don't even know what has me on the fence about it. It looked dramatically better finished in the pictures than it does in my hand, with it's wavy poorly manufactured plastic body, unfinished edges, huge body seams gaps, and general cheapness. My HDP is threatening looking, especially with the aftermarket parts available. This? This looks like it came from the dollar store.Edit: It's a rebranded and somewhat change up Tippman Menace, which has generally piss poor reviews.

Simple operation, very close looking to a 1911
This Lancer Tactical Scorpion 0.5 Caliber Non-Blowback Air Pistol has pretty solid build. Looks and almost feels (a bit lighter) than a 1911. It is easy to operate...just put the safety on before replacing or inserting the CO2 cartridge. This kit comes with both pepper balls and rubber balls. I have shot the rubber balls, but not the pepper balls, so I'm not sure how effective they are. The rubber balls seem to be pretty accurate at 25-30 ft. I haven't tried it at the 60ft range that is advertised. I'm sure that the rubber balls would hurt quite a bit, but not sure if they would disable a person running towards you. I actually plan to have this with me hiking as we typically encounter coyotes and bears when we hike, just gives me some sort of reassurance although I'm not sure how effective this would be against animals. One recommendation I would give is for emergency purposes, I would have the CO2 cartridge installed, but not punctured until you need it. The CO2 seems to leak a bit as I did a few shots and then put the gun away for a week and and when I tried to use it again, it was completely dead.Overall it seems like a good, non-lethal firearm.

Safety
This is a fun gun to shoot. Don't drop it though, If it is loaded it will fire. Even if it falls from a foot up. Other than that it's pretty cool.
