Great jams - but more bacon flavor needed!
I bought the Classic and Jalapeno versions. At first I was disappointed they only had a hint of bacon flavor. But I went through the two jars quickly as I put it on things like burritos, pizzas, ice cream, as well as the usual toast and crackers. They are an excellent balance of savory and sweet. I hope they come out with a supercharged bacon version.

It was good but not as much bacon flavor for me
Great for a spread on a charcuterie board like I used it, but I would have preferred more bacon.

Finger Licking Good
We slapped some of the maple bacon jam on chicken before grilling it and it is DELICIOUS!!!!!! I think it would be even better to wrap bacon around the chicken and sprinkle with some chili powder to add a bit of spice! Will be ordering more!

Seems To Be A Good Product, However
Its a matter of taste and perception of what bacon jam should taste. What I was expecting (perception) was more of a bacon taste, but turned out to be some bacon flavor within a sweet jam. Others would appreciate, but not what I was looking for.

This is so delicious! I put cream cheese on Club crackers then the Jam on that!! I'm hooked 😋
