After a year, still loving it!
I received an old LP as a gift from my sister who assumed I had a turntable due to the fact I am a big stereo nut. Many many years ago I tossed my vinyl collection in favor of CD and never looked back.Anyway, so there I was, holding this album with no way to play it. Amazon to the rescue. I looked at and read reviews of a bunch of turntables at a fairly low price point since vinyl was the LAST thing I wanted to invest in. This one stood out as a mostly positive unit. I ordered it.It arrived and right off the bat I was impressed with the way it looked- not cheap like I expected it too. It does not look out of place with my somewhat expensive system. After nearly a year of owning and using this turntable, I am still pleased and can recommend it. One thing you will like is that it has its own preamp so it can be used with any receiver - even ones without a phono jack. You can simply use any other input available. Just make sure to change setting on back. This should make it an excellent choice for those of you with powered speakers.Couple of things that are odd or annoying. All power buttons are on the back where you can't see them (the platter "on" button is on the main table so don't worry).Bluetooth- why? The whole vinyl thing is a retro concept. I can't imagine why anyone would want to go low-fi and use a Bluetooth connection. Well, I tested it and it works. You will be reminded of it's presence by the flashing blue light everytime you turn it on.No auto return. I know this is clearly stated but I didn't realize I would miss this feature. You will be up and down a lot.Be careful when you first get the unit. There is a piece of tape across the stylus cartridge placed there for protection during shipping. Take it off GENTLY so you don't yank the whole cartridge out like I did.The anti-skate set up is a pain in the a** due to kind of vague instructions. Push thru it. Once done you won't have to it again.Other than the minor things above, this is a really decent turntable. I have had zero problems with it honestly, it sounds quite good! With a modern new LP, it can be quite remarkable.I am ashamed to say that I have started buying LP's again. Kinda fun to go into a used record store and browse knowing I can once again play this format!

Its the Real Deal
Wonderful 10/10 record player, beautiful polished red wood really makes it stand out and its classy as hell. Have had for about a year now and it works just as new. Not too big for a small space and got a Marshal speaker that connects easy in the back. Love using it when friends are over or just by myself when im cooking and hanging out. Very worth it, Very happy (:

Works great but output not adjustable
Looks great and plays great but takes some work to record with audacity.I would give this 5 stars but someone had opened this, taken out a cable , and returned it. I didn’t discover this until I was way into the setup, when a found a parts bag torn open and the phono-out cables missing . Fortunately I had a pair. Very frustrating when you think you are buying new. That said, it was an easy hook up to the stereo and sounds great.Page 13 of the manual insinuates you might be able to adjust the output level. You cannot. And audacity cannot adjust the input level on the microphone/USB input. Once you figure out you can do this in the Microsoft settings on your computer, you will be good to go. Until then you will have a very frustrating experience. I was able to set this up and get it to work on an older computer; I was not able to get it to work on a computer. I just bought last year, but might be able to with the knowledge that it has to be done in system – sound. The turntable looks as good as it does in the pictures on Amazon – looks great. And for the money really sounds good through the stereo. As long as you get a new unit and have patience or not trying to record on the computer, you will be extremely happy with your purchase.

Excellent after-sales support
The media could not be loaded. The following review is genuine but the product deserves 5 stars because the seller solved the problems I encountered with seriousness and professionalism. If you are thinking of purchasing this product, do it with peace of mind.Pay attention to this personal review because I have decades of experience in the HiFi sector. This review is honest and reflects my personal views on this product.Don't think of buying this turntable without some essential accessories if you want to make a proper turntable setup.First thing, you need to make sure the turntable is level and perfectly horizontal. You will need a precision scale to adjust the weight of the tonearm to the correct value that is written in the technical specifications of the audio cartridge. In this case 3gr is a correct value. The adjustable tonearm weight has a small screw that you will use to lock the weight so that it does not move again.Make this adjustment at several points on the platter where the record rests so you can be sure the adjustment is correct. This is simple but unfortunately for you it is not the only calibration you will have to do.Buy a test disc to check the cartridge/ head alignment. This will also allow you to adjust your skating (skat) correctly. My turntable was totally out of alignment, the headstock was crooked and out of alignment and the correct skat is on the fourth and final mechanical reference and not the third. If you want to do a speed check, it is worth buying an accessory that allows you to do this check. These procedures take time but once done you will not need to repeat them until you change the cartridge. The turntable has a good internal audio amplifier section, it really works well. The always on bluetooth is a serious flaw, it should be possible to turn off the bluetooth circuit but this is not possible. The swing arm is not of good quality and has some uncertainties that affect the ability of the excellent audiotech audio cartridge to keep track of the audio. The belt drive platter system is just about acceptable. The metal platter has mechanical oscillations that shouldn't be there. The turntable is cheap but pleasant to look at and the sound is very balanced and clean but it remains a low-end product. The swing arm lock lever is made of plastic and will break sooner or later, very cheap indeed. At this price I can forgive the low quality of the product which in any case is a product that will give you listening satisfaction but by spending more you will have very different and better products.I am still satisfied with the product which, despite my experience, gave me some problems during the setup calibration phases.
