Very easy to fix and works pretty good.
I used this to wall-mount my 24" monitor. Easy to install and all the required nuts and screws were provided.I use it stretched to one side to the fullest all the time. It does sag a little - agreed my monitor is on the larger side.Lesson learnt - If you have a heavy or large monitor, tilt it slightly to compensate for the fact that it will sag.

Sturdy product but won't fit to LG ultragear 27Gl850 , 27 inch monitor
DO NOT BUY if you have LG ultragear 27Gl850 , 27 inch monitor, it won't fit to it. Edges do not match with that monitor.
