Champion 96-Inch Firewood Rack Cover

Cover blows off in strong wind and does no fit well. It seems too large.

The initial quality is good. I noted that it actually fits a bit better than other similar covers I've purchased in the past. fully loaded face cord and it had more than enough length to cover securely even with the rack a little overloaded. The weight of the cover seems pretty good especially compared to my old cover which has rips in it. I'd give it a 5 star but want to see how it holds up in a winter season first.

This cover worked well for a little over a year in a four season climate. However, the fabric has dried out and ripped when I went to move it. Not a good product.

Fits my log rack perfectly. I stack 18” long split wood in the rack. The canvas material is tough enough for my constant opening and closing of the cover. Velcro closures are in the right place to make a snug fit. The Velcro strips could be wider but the have operated without fail in 50 mph wind gusts without fail. Looks handsome and keeps top 4 or 5 rows dry while allowing air to circulate. I’m very pleased with this and recommend it.

As others noted, it is wider than I would like, but it does the job and is a superior material to others I have had. As far as flowing off- they all will, even the full sized! Just put a couple logs on top. It is not a problem.

What we like best is because it is designed to wrap around the ends of the rack frame. Because the firewood rack frame tilts outward over time, it is now a few inches beyond 8' long. The way this is designed, makes it possible to close and fit over the rack as it is now.

I ended up sewing this cover to make it fit better. It fit well and looked nice after that.If you have a seamstress in the house then go for it.

This is a great cover. This covers my 4 x 8 rack that I made by using the brackets that they sell here on Amazon, along with my 2x4s. It fits over the two by fours and is able to slide down, as you “use up” wood so that the top layer is always covered no matter how high the stack is.

where the Velcro straps fasten is confusing...a diagram would have been useful.
