Seche Nail Lacquer Opulent

I bought 8 bottles of these, all in different colors, because the price was beyond great and I did some research and a lot of reviews were so positive. I don't understand why now that I have them. They are very pigmented and that is the Only thing I like about them. They don't apply nice and smooth; it shows every imperfection possible. I could not apply more than 1coat because it does not look good layered. It's a mess. So if you mess up you will have to start over And it stains not only the nailbeds but your skin, very badly. I also could not wear a base coat because it does not layer well, it just gets messy and ugly. Removing the nail polish was horrible. It's hard to remove and it stains everything it touches.I regret buying so many at once. I should have bought one bottle and tried the formula out first before investing into several bottles that I will now never use. I really like the Seche Vite base/top coat & restore, so I thought it'd be just as good of quality but sadly its not even close. I had a bad experience with the formula of this nail polish so I won't put a recommendation on this product, sorry.

This polish applies beautifully. I was really impressed with the application, color and longevity of it on the nails. And would have called in my favorite polish, if I didn't just discover today that the bottle doesn't have a long shelf life :( I bought the color Bella last fall, and used it through winter. Just decided to apply it today, and discovered that the whole bottle has evaporated, dried up, and can no longer be used :/ good quality polishes usually last for years. I never really had that issue with my opi polishes. Sad! But I'm still repurchasing just because the shade is so beautiful, it's like a candy-apple almost type of color/finish on your nail, as someone called it when I was wearing it.

My wife loves the Seche Vite Top Coat, but this color was not as purple/plum as she wanted and started chipping on the second day which was unexpected. Apparently the top coat is great over other brands, but not their own.

This is a VERY dark eggplant color. I apply two coats of whatever polish i use and when i did with this polish it looked black until it was right next to black (i.e my shirt) i love it as an alternative to black.

The color is much much darker than the picture. I even emailed the seller to see if I could get additional pictures as I was having a hard time determining whether it had a brown or purple undertone. I was told it was a brownish burgundy, which is what I've been looking for, and given no additional pictures but the description they sent gave me a little more confidence and I took a chance. Wasted $5, all sales final. I don't understand colors like this, they just look black once they're on with any opaqueness. What's the point?

The actual color is more beautiful than the picture! Beautiful red/maroon - almost a deep berry color! I highly recommend it if deep colors are your thing!

I love the Seche line. I have been a fan of their top coat for years. I only recently found out that they have a line of colored polish. The polishes apply smooth and give great coverage. I can get away with one coat, but I always use two just for good measure. This line reminds me of the Sally Hansen Salon Complete Line. Nice polish!
