Based on description, a XXL was ordered for a 5'10" 170# adult. Fit is good, although a bit big. There's plenty of room, but surprisingly decent support. While not necessarily flattering in appearance, the color is nice and the garment generally looks like regular brief underwear. Fabric is soft and comfortable. Garment seems well made. Front hook and loop fasteners hold well and are simple to operate. Allows for easier access as needed. Waist and leg bands are comfortable and do not pinch. Price is reasonable. Recommended.
