Fragile glass ampoules are an overly elaborate way to deliver a product that just isn't very effective. Half of the ampoules were broken in the box despite there being a decent amount of bubble wrap in the box from amazon. I tried the six ampoules that weren't broken and I wasn't very happy with the product. I find that it's sticky and leaves my skin puffy in the morning. I can overlook the broken ampoules since that's a logistics matter but the product has to work to get some stars. This product is just not worth it.

The directions are in Korean, but the illustrated photos make it easy to follow along (I also added a rough translation below). The glass capsules are fun to crack open and use. Mine miraculously were all intact and arrived safely. after you open them you replace the top with a silicone topper that helps dispense the serum. The serum is very liquidy, almost like water. It has a slight fresh/ soapy like smell that’s very light and not noticeable. After applying the serum I‘m met with a refreshing cooling sensation; it feels really nice and dissipates within a few seconds. The serum dries down thin but a bit sticky so it’s best to use this at night.The vials are not one time use, there is enough in each vial to use 5-7 times I’d say depending on how much you use. I do see some gradual brightening, I’ll keep using and hope to see even better results.___________• Instructions Translation •____________① Insert the silicone safety cap on the neck of the ampoule until it fits inside (if the safety cap is inserted too deep, the ampoule may break and there is a risk of an accident.)② Once the top of the glass ampoule is securely covered by the silicone cap, crack the top of the ampoule by holding the base firmly and pushing the top in one direction.③ Safely discard the separated glass ampoule top.④ Fit the safety cap securely onto the remaining lower part of the ampoule.⑤ Use the ampoule by inverting it then lightly squeezing the safety cap until it dispenses serum. Apply the serum to the skin.

This product arrived with several vials broken. I struggled with directions (after trying to pick through broken bits) but there are no English directions. I was able to try a little of the product but not enough to make an informed decision. It seems nice but...I gave up due to the broken glass.

I really have been enjoying trying Korean skincare products lately. This set (curiously made in Japan) appears to be a brightening serum contained in individual glass ampoules. Due to the lack of any instructions in English, I am not certain on the proper means to apply other than following a few simplistic vague illustrations.A couple of the glass ampoules arrived broken as well sadly. There are a few 'whitening/brightening ingredients inside, but from my experience, those are not fast acting and I am not concerned that my skin will look lighter after a few uses. I like the natural scent and my skin does feel dewy, and fresh after application.How I apply: I wash my face with my normal cleaner, rinse, pat dry and then apply this 'serum' by patting it over my face gently. I then, follow up with my dermal roller to help the product sink in better.

Every ampoule arrived shattered. I didn’t even dare reach in to touch the product without getting cut up. Straight to the trash.

This works okay, Very satisfied with product. Highly recommended, Noticed a change almost instantly ... I will buy again!
