I received this bench a few days ago and hesitated to put it together because upon opening the box, it looked daunting. I decided to tackle it today and carried the box downstairs to where this bench will ultimately live.I took all of the parts out and snapped the uploaded picture to give potential buyers an idea of the effort required to build it. The parts were very nicely labeled with the relevant parts labeled in a bag that matches the step number of the instructions. This makes it easy to not second-guess if you have the right bolt or pin. Altogether, the bench took me about 20 minutes to assemble and required no other tools than what was included with the bench.This thing feels substantial and I believe the weight rating of 660 pounds. I'll never lift enough weight to test that claim, but it feels solid. The cushions feel nice, and the tilt mechanism is a single piece of solid metal so it feels stable when reclined at any angle. It folds easily, and the included strap makes carrying the folded bench a breeze.I recommend this weight bench for someone like me who lifts weights at home but wants something that feels strong and capable of holding a lot of weight.

When I came to write a review for this bench, I could see that the listing itself had changed. The bench I ordered and received was a regular folding decline/incline bench from the same brand but without the squat rack or the leg extension/curl. To be honest, I wish that the bench listed was the one I had. It looks like a great setup. I think this review could still be useful since the bench itself is likely the same, but I am not able to review the actual bench for sale here.This bench is good. It was easy to put together, and the pieces were well organized. It is fairly sturdy, and it is easy to move it to different incline and decline positions. I leave it open in my garage gym, so I am not folding and unfolding it. I will say that this was my second bench purchase for my home gym. The first bench I got was also from amazon, and it is just sturdier all around. Compared to that bench, this one is just okay. If I didn't already have that bench (which I am guessing is unusually excellent quality), I would probably think this one was great. It is plenty adequate for a home gym, but it is not commercial grade.

We got this to use in our workout room. We have some free weights but we only used them from a standing position. With this new bench we can do so many more exercises! It was really easy to assemble and everything was nicely labeled. It's not too heavy so you can move it out of the way if you need to. This is a very nice weight bench.

It comes unassembled, but was easily put together and ready to go in a very short time. The bench itself is very sturdy - perfect for both non-weight and bench press exercises.It's smaller than some, but works well even for larger people (tall - over 6' - may not find it quite as comfortable but I could be wrong); the stability while weight lifting is good, and it's foldable, so it can live up against the wall with no problem.I think it's a really good option, especially for beginners.
