What else can I say? This is exactly what it says it is. It’s a very well made solid contact plate for the AM5 socket. It fits perfectly, comes with the tools for installation, and is super easy to install. I’ve had this for about 6 months now and have had 0 issues. If you’re looking at these reviews then you are already know what you’re looking to do. The price is better than all the rest and it will do exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I was having vram issues and thought that maybe it could be a CPU Issue so I got this to make sure even pressure was distributed around the chip the red dram light has turned off since installing the contact frame it was very easy to install following the steps of leaving the CPU in place unscrewing the 4 screws and then dropping in the contact frame no difference in cooling but it seem to make the dram issue go away for now will update later if issue returns but in anycase it would not be the contact frames fault so I would recommend this to anyone looking to secure there then 7000 series CPU it fit perfectly on my 7600x the price was incredible for what was received and it looks great to bad the cooling fan covers it up.

I got this mainly because I wanted to prevent thermal paste from seeping into the crevices of the CPU. However, it didn't work perfectly as there is enough of a gap that some thermal paste can get into the sides.Since this is not advertised as a use case for this product I didn't knock down any stars but just something to keep in mind if you are wanting to avoid thermal paste mess (Get a kryosheet instead)

Definitely not needed for am5 but it’s a sleek addition to a custom build. The plate rests just a fraction of an inch below the IHS so it should work with every cpu cooler.It does make cleaning the old thermal paste more difficult since it collects in the gaps.

Solid contact plate for my 9700X. Snug fit. Not sure if it's a necessary upgrade but it looks cool. I installed this when I upgraded my cpu cooler to an AIO and the contact surface of the water block is substantially larger than the cpu surface area. In theory it'll provide better cooling performance. Worth the 7 bucks I paid for it.

A neat addition. But does not help the thermals comparing to the stock frame.

Felt nice, worked perfectly, only thing it needs is a better way to tell how tight it is as it made my system crash due to being to tight.I just used this to keep thermal paste out from under the ihs.
