Cheap, thin ink that the Canon Printer will not recognize in the print head. Because of the thin viscosity, it pumped it all through the printer and filled up my maintenance cartridge. Forced to call for certified wide format copier repair. $800 later after a service call, new Canon ink and a new maintenance cartridge my wide format IP765 is running again. Amazon need to better confirm the quality of the products it sells. Additionally, one cartridge was shipped empty.
