The strap broke the very first day I got. My phone fell onto the pavement.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!
Loveeeeee this case!! I get so many compliments this my second time getting it. Must say the chain is not durable and would snap off quickly it's easy to put back on but you barely could hold it without it coming off.

Chain strap broke
Only had my case a few days when I dropped it. The case was fine. However, the chain strap broke into 15 pieces.. the strap was one of the important reasons of buying this particular case because of my grip mobility issues.

Malfunction
Beautiful, but there is a soft material disc that holds the chain inside, causing the phone not to fully merge with the hone. Had to send back. Heart broken. Very pretty though.
