I wish I had ordered this sooner
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been buying various brands of plain Allulose and adding monkfruit to up the sweetness as needed. I saw this months ago, but was hesitant to order it since it was "golden". I had a not too great experience with brown Allulose in the past and was skeptical. I finally tried it today in my morning tea, and it is wonderful. I always used evaporated cane juice or natural sugar in the past, and this has the same flavor. I am looking forward to using this in my baking. Unfortunately, I just purchased two pounds of white Allulose, but I'll be mixing the two until those are used up, then switching to this 100%.

Good stuff, tastes and dissolves like sugar. No funky artificial sweetener taste.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Wasn't comfortable with recent studies linking erythritol to heart disease.Cooling effect:This has virtually no funky cooling effect or aftertaste. It is the most like sugar - which makes it that much harder to lose the taste for sweets but it is a very good product.Longevity:Product doesn't last long in our house. We're keto/carnivore but we use this daily in our tea and coffee and for making "keto crack".

Wow! I love this stuff!
I have not baked with it yet. Excited to do so.I have been making L Reuteri yogurt and strained it but it is so tart no one here can eat it. I use a little bit of this along with some vanilla stevia and it’s amazing.I use it in tea and coffee. After a lot of research it turns out that these 2 sweeteners are actually the best for the body. I like vanilla stevia, but is my new go to sweetener!

Great Tasting Sugar Substitute
I find the taste of this extremely close to the actual taste of sugar without even a hint of the unpleasant after-taste you get from many of the other sugar substitutes. It behaves in every way like sugar, except that I don't agree that it's a one-to-one replacement for sugar, at least not in coffee, as I find I have to use about 3 teaspoons of this to achieve the same degree of sweetness I get from about a teaspoon and a half of sugar. But that's not at all important to me, I'm happy to use more of it if I have to. The point is, it tastes great, has zero calories, and doesn't promote tooth decay.I should mention that I switched to this after first having used the version of Monkfruit sweetener made with Erythritol instead of Allulose for years but became concerned with the former after reading certain studies calling into question the safety of Erythritol. Not saying those studies are necessarily true or that Allulose has proven to be any safer; just reporting the reason for my change. They both taste pretty much identical so it was not a difficult decision to simply use something else if there was any question. The reason I'm giving this only 4 stars instead of 5, however, has nothing to do with the taste or any aspect of the product itself -- the product is excellent, let me make that clear. It's because, for whatever reason, this seller has completely failed to deliver it on two occasions. Each delivery getting "lost" somehow. The most recent incident was as part of what was supposed to have been a subscription delivery that got totally messed up, then I had an issue getting a refund, although I eventually did get my money back. They apparently stock-out of this from time to time but you get no notice except that it hasn't arrived when it was supposed to and then you check into your account to find out what happened to your order. Then all you find is a message saying "Your delivery has been delayed" with no further information as to when you can expect it to come. Don't forget, this is a subscription, it was placed weeks ago, so how is it they don't have enough stock on hand to fill your order that they knew was coming? You may or may not get a message later saying words to the effect, "Your order has been lost, would you like a refund?", but if you choose "I'd like a refund", you're still not getting any Monkfruit Sweetener and apparently you would not get any until the next few weeks when your subsequent subscription date would be due again. Not okay.See, I'd rather have the sweetener than the refund, or else why would I have placed the order in the first place? Unless you contact Amazon to follow up on this yourself, nothing more will happen. They missed a delivery, you don't have your product. Again, that's not okay, especially when you use this product regularly as you would sugar or any grocery staple. To fix this, I had to cancel my subscription, then immediately sign up for a new subscription. Really dumb way of doing things and I certainly shouldn't have had to go through all of this just to get the product I ordered weeks earlier and subscribed to specifically so that I would never run out.But I'm gong to give them the benefit of the doubt for now and hopefully they can clean up that part of their act, because the product itself, as I said, is excellent. They just need to learn how to manage inventory, work on keeping enough in stock to fulfill their orders, and do a better job of communicating with customers if there's going to be an issue with delivery.

Monkfruit with Allulose leaves no aftertaste
Monkfruit with Allulose is sweet with no aftertaste. Monkfruit with Erythritol is more commonly found in stores, but it does leave a strange cold taste. I was happy to find that Amazon had Monkfruit with Allulose. I use it in baking or just sprinkling it on something I want to be sweet. I am very happy with the product. One thing to note, though. It is a bit expensive, especially compared to the cost of white sugar but my health is worth the cost.

No aftertaste!
I was skeptical, however I LIKED IT! No after taste. Great with Coffee. Have not tried product with anything else. It's expensive but if you love coffee like I do, do not want or need the sugar. This is for you!

Great sugar substitute
Love Lakanto products. I do not tolerate Stevia sweeteners well, and discovered MonkFruit works best for me! This is a great sugar substitute.

ITS OK BUT NOT GREAT
Has a sugary texture but taste bitter at first with a mild sweetness afterwards. Label says "zero" calories but the back says 8g of carbs. Half a bag full but still weighs 1 lb on my kitchen scale. My first detailed review was rejected because I wrote about the difference between 8g of carbs vs 8g of weight which the label didn't clarify. 8g of carbs means 34 calories because each carb has all value of 4 calories. Those are undisputable facts. I guess the algorithm or seller didn't like that? But this product must be something special to have zero calories. I hope this review flies! I'm not sure what to use this with yet. I'll post more later in an update.
