Cute and durable. Lasted all day at Kindergarten “Hawaiian Day”. Bit long for my 5yo but easy fix.

During a trip to Hawaii I scoured the shops for just this look. Amazon to the rescue when I ordered this delightful Hulu skirt and leis. She is only 18 months old but this will grow with her with a stretchy waist band and reasonable length. It can be easy shortened with scissors. Great value for a priceless look!

When I was a little girl, my best friend's parents went to Hawaii every year. They brought us back matching hula sets with skirts made of natural rafia bound with durable but soft hand-braided twine. Such great quality that it was still in great condition when my daughter reached the age I was when it was given to me. This set doesn't compare as far as quality, durability, or authenticity; however, it is an acceptable option for short-term. It will suffice for a dance recital, school play, child play dress-up, a luau party, etc. The grass is not dense on this skirt. The quality is comparable to that at party stores.

It looks just like the online picture. I ordered two sets for my granddaughters ages 6 and 3. When I saw the teeny-tiny packages (3" x 3" x 5") I thought, "Oh no" but I opened them anyway and, what do you know, the outfits poofed up just like the picture! Everything has to be fluffed, but that took only 2 or 3 minutes to do that. The outfits are the correct size for small children in both the length and in the waist. The skirts are very adjustable. I would definitely order them again.

I bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter to wear over her swimsuit at her luau themed birthday party. She looked adorable and was very happy with it.

My daughters class was having a “luau” party for their end of school year party. This set included everything needed. The grass skirt had good elastic in the waist. The skirt could have had a thicker amount of “grass” because while moving it appeared thin, but for small children wearing once it didn’t really matter.
