Great Product
Great quality. I like the versatility to either wear it on my lanyard or clip it on my belt. The construction is durable, which I really like. So far, a great product!

Will not allow you to scan your badge.
The quality seems good. But I bought this to have a decent holder for my ID badge at work. It does not let you scan like they clam you can. You have to pull your card a little ways out for it to scan. My badge has some sort of chip in it, not a barcode.

Love it.
Compact, sleek and it has a good hold feel. My cards fits in properly. Hoping to get another for my son.

Fun, but I wouldn't bet my credit cards on it
So this thing was purchased as an ID holder. It has a loop on the top you can connect a neck lanyard to and thus wear your ID, secured inside it, around the office. For this - works great.(It also has a belt clip on one side, so if you're one of the cool kids that likes to wear their work ID's like Law & Order cops where their badges... it's got you covered)Moreover it's a "wallet" and is effectively two halves, held pressed together by elastic material. The idea here is that you can place credit cards, cash, etc between the two haves and the "press fit" will hold everything in place. (The benefit there, is that your "wallet" is only ever as thick as the junk you keep it, plus the outside edges.)Honestly - I'm sure there are people out there willing to do that - but it's not for me. Not sure I wanna risk my credit cards "slipping" out should I pull a little too much on one side or the other.Again, around the office -its good. I keep a $10 and a few ones in the wallet area, so I'm never caught out at the coffee shop - and so as a supplemental office wallet - good to go.Don't let me stop you from using it as intended - just know it has a fun Sci Fi style, can hold your ID, and is worth it for that alone.

not so great.
where to begin. let me start with the good. First the aluminum casing is pretty strong and the elastic bands that hold cards between the shell dose a good job. The money clip or belt clip seams strong but to be honest, I don't use it.Now for the bad. within 24 hours, the screws that hold the clear plastic plate in place started backing out. answer to this is lock tight.... so I thought. Put some blue lock tight on them and put them back in, all seemed well for a couple of days. 3 days after having it, I looked down and the plastic around all four screws began cracking. one corner has actually cracked off. but enough the screws. The plastic shell that your ID goes behind is too thick over the card.... yes, sounds slightly contradictory but let me explain. The issue this causes is that the maker claims you can put badges that are used for scanned entry in this...... yea that's not really true, the only reason I can still use it is due to the bottom slot that is cut out. this area reveals just enough card that if I slide my card around on a reader, it will finally pick up the card. this begins to defeat the whole purpose of why I bought this item in the first place. the other issue is if you are planning on using this on a lanyard or a retention device, make sure the connection point is metal and decent metal at that. The spot you would clip to is made out of thin, sturdy but slim aluminum and the edges are not rounded over so it will cut.Overall, I don't recommend.

Nice wallet. I bought it for the RFID blocking. Takes a few days to get use to but well worth the effort
