An Erythritol sweetener I can use sparingly
With enough use, you eventually figure out how tolerant your stomach/system is for "sugar alcohol" sweeteners like erythritol and other "-itol" varieties. For me, the answer is "not very, but still okay in moderation", and that's the perfect way to use Lakanto's "Monk Fruit" sweetener. In moderation. The Flavor:For as amazing a job as just a little bit of this sweetener does to boost the flavor of a tea or cut through the bitterness of a cup of joe, it does leave behind an aftertaste of its own, which is more noticeable depending on how much of a packet you use per 8-12 ounces of beverage. For me, I'll typically use a third or half a packet per drink, and in the case of coffee I didn't even notice the aftertaste when used at that ratio. In tea, it was another story though as there's a little less competing flavor and so more of the sweetener's aftertaste came through, Luckily, I'm not a big fan of using sugar in tea (I opt for honey), so this was primarily a coffee sweetener for me, so minimal aftertaste encounters. The Value:Like I mentioned, I used this stuff quite sparingly due to my sensitivity for it and because a little bit of this stuff goes a LONG way in cutting through the acidity of a coffee. So for me, this box lasts months instead of days or weeks. If you're someone who uses this stuff like it's a basic little packet of normal sugar, then you are going to burn through this little box very quickly and this box will not be a good value for you. But if you're like me and each packet can boost 1-3 cups of whatever you're drinking, the value here is spot on. On one hand I wish they'd package the sugar into smaller portions, but that would mean more wrappers and waste, so for now I'm content with just being careful and using a single packet a little bit at a time and storing it somewhere it won't spill in between cups of coffee. But if you're a multi-packet per drink user, value-wise this may not be a great fit.

Tastes as good as real sugar - no weird after taste
I really like this and use it with my express and coffee. No weird after taste. I would never have tried it, but a friend encouraged me to try it and I really like it! So glad it is an alternative to sugar that actually tastes good and does the job. I have way too much sugar in my diet and this help!!

Good Taste, Premium Price
These monkfruit sweetener packets taste good, but the price involved reflects that, as they're a premium item in that regard. I do want to mention these contain erythritol, for those who track what is being used in the sugar substitutes. Not much else to say, if you appreciate monkfruit sweeteners, these taste fantastic but you pay for that flavor.

Tastes like sugar but much healthier for you
These Monk Fruit Sweetener Packets are the same size as like sugar packets you get at restaurants which makes them handy to take along to use to sweeten coffee, tea, or other drinks with.Whether using them at home or when eating out, they're formulated with just the right amount of Erythritol to give it the correct ratio of sweetness as cane sugar, so you still get the same taste but without the health problems associated with sugar.I use it in my coffee, and it tastes the same as sugar to me, and doesn't leave any aftertaste. It's an excellent substitute for regular sugar! It's all natural and comes from a fruit that's grown in a pollution free area of China. It has zero carbs, zero calories, has a low glycemic value, is keto friendly, and the Erythritol added to it is non-GMO.This is a great product for anyone wanting to reduce their sugar intake to improve their health, for folks on a keto diet, and for diabetics, and 30-packet box is a reasonably priced way to give it a try!
