The seeds arrived very quickly and I found that they were not as hearty as other plant types. But for the price they were OK

Good germination rate.
Over 90% germinated, all growing well producing big purple leaves already in early June. Pigeons left these alone until I covered everything else, was told they wouldn't go for kale but they do so cover them up unless you like the stalk part (which they leave).
