Adds a slightly sweet umami flavor depth to dishes. A little goes a long way. Good value for the money.

This product worked great for drunken noodles. It's slightly thicker than traditional soy sauce but worked great for us. My only caveat is the red food dye. I don't get it, the dye doesn't affect the flavor so why use it? Anyhow, the taste worked for what we needed and will use it again. Value was fine and the bottle arrived with the seal completely intact.

I like putting a little dark on for color with a low sodium soy,good flavor

Cooks illustrated magazine advocated a dark soy sauce that would add extra flavor to dishes. Trying to avoid sodium I have not bought any dark Soy sauce ever. But I Did buy this. I Use it in small quantities but it really does have a nice impact on the dish. So I recommend it.

This is so hard to find in the regular grocery store and I wanted to try it. So I bought it here on Amazon and it's really great.
