Flickering and strobing LEDs, not great.
These bulbs tend to noticeably flicker on occasion (once every 20-30 seconds). I have them in multiple installations in the house and they all do the same thing, so I'm pretty sure it's not the fittings or transformers. And no other LEDs of other types do this in the house, so I'm pretty sure it's not the supply of power causing it.Also, they have a noticeable strobing effect. I know that all LED's strobe light, and it's supposed to be undetectable by the human eye, but some LEDs are at higher frequencies than others. These bulbs are at a low enough frequency that it's noticeable. It's very easy to test for this, just wave your hand quickly under the light, if you notice a strobing effect on your hand then the frequency of the light pulses are too far apart and cause a fairly harsh effect. Higher quality bulbs do not do this. From my own experience, these type of low frequency LEDs can have negative long term health effects such as causing headaches. So, be careful if you plan to use them in an office or other situation where you'll be sitting under them for a long period of time.

I had one fail after only a couple of months
I had one of these fail after just installing them in October. It's now January. The board got so hot it melted the solder attaching the board to the connection pins, and the board just fell off. The other bulbs I installed at the same time do not appear to be running too hot, so it may be just a QC issue. Also I not the large aluminum electrolytic capacitor on the back side in the photo on Amazon is not present on the LED bulbs I got. Perhaps they changed the design and did not update the photo.
