I have never written a review for a product or purchase, but I felt compelled to do so for Ketōnd. This has had such a huge impact on my keto lifestyle in a mere 3 days, I felt this may help others if I detail my experience.I’ve been keto for 2 years with ups and downs literally and figuratively. Lost 30+lbs. I have stalled out with weight loss many times. My energy levels have been in the pits many times. During the last 2 months I have been adjusting macros and physical exertion, testing my blood ketones, and frankly become a keto research fanatic because of zero progress with additional weight loss. I decided to try a ketone supplement, even though I ultimately wanted my body to produce what it needs organically etc. Well, I’m glad I went outside my comfort zone and purchased Ketōnd in caramel macchiato.I began with a half scoop and have done so for 3 days. For me the flavor was not bad AT ALL. If you’ve restricted net carbs and banished sugar poison from your diet, this tastes like anything in that style/make/genre that is sans-sweet. I mixed coffee, 1/2 tsp mct, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and sweet leaf. It was like a latte. I’ve had it cold and hot. Both were delicious. I’m not a picky eater, but I know nasty when I taste it. Don’t let the negative taste reviews deter you. More importantly, half a scoop gave me energy like I cannot describe. Day 1 my workout went remarkably well, no drag, just energy before, during, and after. Same results all three days. As for hunger, I felt no desire to eat after the shakes. That was helpful because I struggle with appetite. I am using 2 meals within and 8 hour window. Ketōnd by hour 4.I slept fine every night, and oddly woke with unusually high energy both day 2 and 3. After day 2, I was down 3.5lbs. I continued with the same macro ratios as before, so this was surprising. I had the same result as the early honeymoon stage of keto. I’m going to continue to micromanage weight daily for the first 5 days in order to identify fluctuation culprits and how they correlate or not with Ketōnd.It’s been such a short amount of time, and I will amend the review after time has passed. It is important to not give up and use resources after research and learning. I tentatively recommend Ketōnd as a powerful and clean tool to anyone looking to make progress and find more success with their keto lifestyle.

Did anyone have nausea after drinking this? My first week I kept reducing the amount because it upset my system so much. I am down to 1/3 scoop and I still am feeling sick. Overall taste is watermelon which is very nice. I am not seeing any weight reduction yet. Anyone else worried about the salt content? I will continue thru this bag, but may not order if it continues to upset the tummy.

I think it would be a great product if it were half as sweet as it is. It's meant for people who cakes every day but I'm trying to better myself and I don't see a need to have it this sweet, it's just ridiculous really but it does taste really good. Mix it with lots of water and maybe extra salt.

I bought this with the intention of adding it to my morning coffee. It doesn't mix with hot liquids and tastes horrible no matter how you mix it. Has a strange bitter taste that I can't get past. This is the only flavor I have tried. I feel skeptical now to try any other flavor. Wasted $80! I am throwing it in the garbage since I can't get my money back and I can't stand the taste. Very disappointed that I wasted money on purchasing this.

I use the caramel flavor every day in my coffee thermos. Does not break my fast as I only eat between 1pm and 8pm. Ketond gets me through the morning with great energy from tons of ketones and it completely staves off any hunger or cravings. I love this product and the amount of pure energy it supplies. I use the citrus mango flavor for a boost later in the day or during my workouts. These products cost a lot less per serving than the other well known pyramid sales product (you know who they are). Not to mention the fact that you know exactly what you are getting with Ketond. Oh, had labwork with my doctor the other day and my ketone levels were amazing and my 90 day blood sugar measurement was incredible, no more diabetes. KETOND is a wonderful supplement to my Keto lifestyle.

To be honest, I didn’t really love this at first, and but after a week, found that I can eat low carb and continue to lose weight. It’s pretty amazing. My appetite has been reduced and I just feel better all over. It’s a good quality product, even though it is pretty pricey. There is another brand out there called Keto Burst that is 1/3 the price that I am going with now however. It has great orange flavor, and as I mentioned, is 1/3 the price with the same ingredients.
