A Good Tasty Protein Snack For An Energy Boost – But Not To Everyone’s Taste
Well, we have a split in the household between father/son and mother daughter along the gender lines and it transpires this is the same for these VOW Protein Cluster snacks. Whilst both my son and I favoured them the ladies of the house did not, wife said they were not nice and daughter that they were too bland for her!On the positive side then, those we chose the ‘milk chocolate crunch’ variety and they taste like a slightly less rich chocolate flavoured breakfast cereal, but a little bag goes a long way in filling you up and providing that boost of energy you sometimes need – especially in the mornings. As a nutritional snack a single bag contains 10g of protein and 134 calories and they definitely deliver if you need something before a workout.

Crunchy protein snacks
I am on my weight loss journey and I want to get fit and build more muscles so I was really looking forward to trying this chocolate protein snack. In the box, there are 12 packs of 30g each. Each pack contains 134 calories and 10g of protein.Oh my gosh, these are incredible!!! You get a great amount in each packet considering the calories and they taste amazing. They are like chocolate cereal, so crunchy and delicious. The individual packets are great for on the go and definitely helpful In portion control to prevent eating my body’s weight in these little gems !!!The protein levels are pushed higher than other protein snacks I have tried.Absolutely delicious, I can't get enough and they are filling and a bit more healthy.

Nice protein snack!
Perfect protein snack, not too rich in flavour so it’s great to have in the mornings. Nice crunch too them and a chocolate flavour that’s more on the subtle side.Easy to slip into your gym bag, not too high in calories but has a decent amount of protein per bag.

Feels like a treat
These vow protein clusters come boxed with 12 x 30g packets inside. I went for the milk chocolate crunch flavour and they are lovely. Each back contains 10g of protein and has 134 calories, the pack feels quite generous too. They have a nice crunch to them with a good milk chocolate taste and it feels like I am having a naughty treat. They are quite expensive, but protein items generally are.
