There is a "feeling" I have when I consume probiotics and they work. About 15 years ago I was consistently taking another bifidus only product and I noticed then that I had this feeling like my body was becoming healthier, and that I was more capable of physical activity (felt stronger, perhaps). Beyond that I can't explain it other than to say it only seems to happen when I was consuming good probiotics. The company of course summarily went out of business and I've been searching ever since.After taking six capsules of the Body Ecology Bifidus I again had this "feeling." Very welcome since it has been too long ago.My method follows some senior researchers who told me to take a massive quantity each time you do as this helps establish the bacteria better. I wish I could afford to take more than six caps a week (like maybe 3 times per week) but I have noticed a benefit at even one. Another thing these researchers told me is that talking a only bifidus product and only acidophilus product gives a greater concentration of each. Yes they say that each product can be taken at the same time.I have just ordered two bottles of Body Ecology Bifidus for my second go round. Body Ecology DON'T stop selling these. You have a good product and for once lets keep it available.

This product works, except one of the strains made me constipation. I won't order again.wish I could get my money back!!

I’ve only been taking them for 3 days and i already feel a difference in my gut and my regularity! I actually have a lot more energy now as well! This seems to be by far the best probiotic I've taken. Been having more frequent bowel movements which means it's working and my skin is clearer
