When you look at the refund policy when checking out it shows refunds and replacements honored until you click on arrow which then tells you they do not honor it. I ordered the large size by mistake (toothpaste is very small tube) but the toothbrush is for a large dog. I didn't open the item but knew my 12 pound shih tzu could not have that large toothbrush in her mouth. I wanted to return it and purchase a small size but can't because of their no return policy. I haven't tried the toothpaste to see how it works. Will need to get a small size toothbrush to use it. Won't be buying from them again.
