Right foot opening is bigger than left foot so right foot slips in and out when you walk. But I wore them so I have to keep them. I used my ortho insoles. Right foot opening caused rubbing on top of foot. I would have returned them if I noticed sooner. Junkety Junk Junk Junk.So the first pair came in a brown unmarked box. The second pair came in a branded box. These shoes are awesome, comfortable, durable, and for steel toes, look great. Great for summer outdoor installations and in my shop.

These shoes changed my life. Honestly. I'm one of those people that gets a static shock by simply looking at a carpet.I have not been shocked or caught a stray spark since I started wearing these years ago. I'm on my third pair.The only downside, and why I'm giving them only four stars instead of five, is that my second pair of these shoes just didn't seem to have the durability or longevity that the first pair had, and lasted me just barely a year, which was half as long as the first pair.

These shoes fail ESD when testing on our Desco ESD tester. My Rockport ESD shoes pass. I recommend a size bigger and wide shoe.

I normally wear an 11.5 mens and those are not even wides. At that size my toes usually have a lot of space to the tip of the show, but it is comfortable and my heel does not slip out of the shoe.The try before you by for some reason did not have my size available to try first. So I tried a 11W thinking since it was a wide and only a half a size done it might fit. It was much too tight. I did not even both trying to put my foot all the way inside.So I returned that try before you by and went to a 12W. So not only bigger than my normal 11.5 but also the wide size. Even this show was very tight and uncomfortable. Not only was it very tight on the sides, but the insole was hard with no cushioning. To top it off, even though it was tight around my foot, when I walked my heel slipped out the back.I could not imagine working in these in comfort. They may be safe, but they sure are not comfortable.

This is the second pair I've bought and will now be returning. Has an ESD rating but both pairs fail.
