Doesn't stick well. Comes off too easily.
Doesn't stick all that well. Slightest peal of the edge and it's coming off; and you can forget about showering with it on. Even a little friction and it comes off.It also frustratingly lost adhesion when I sweat, and not even close to breaking a full on sweat; it was more like 15-20 minutes in.It seems to me that the fault is in the quality of yhe fabric of the tape. Ironically the cheaper tape (Aupcon) worked far far better for me.

Good Kinesiology Tape - I also use another brand - in comparison I would safe this is a little softer and more flexible. I have no complaints about the tape sticking as I use it on my knees and it stays until I take it off.
