I ordered this Rose+ Glass Dome as a Christmas gift but I soon regretted my decision as soon as I opened this item to check.To be honest, the packaging is the only feature of this product which is beautifully and artistically done! Aside from that:1- As for the flower itself, the petals look natural but not the leaves and stem which are obviously plastic.2- After inserting 3 AAA batteries and turning the light on, you are surprised to see how dirty the glass-dome is from inside--even scratched!-- And, mind: there is no way to remove the dome and clean it from inside, as it is stuck fast to the base. So the only way to cover up its stains and defects is not to light it on!!3- One may hope that the high price of this item is a guarantee for its high quality-- but that was only a wishful thinking, Rather, it is just another over priced item that immediately put me off with its first impression (especially with its light on!)P.S. As we approach Dec. 25th, I wonder now if I there is enough time left to return this item and order another Christmas gift, or if the company can replace it with a clean one (assuming it is only mine which has such a dirty dome!)Apparently, gone are the days when there was something called "quality control"!

I bought this to give to my 87 year old mom for Christmas. She is always saying "Don't get me anything, I have too much stuff already!" She has a table in the entry way and on it she has a small dome with lights that used to have air plants in it. The air plants are long gone but the little dome is always lit up when we go over there.So I thought this would be perfect. I received the item today and the black box the forever rose came in is very elegant. I opened it and the red rose inside the dome is beautiful. So I grabbed 3 batteries to see what it looked like lit up. Here's where the help I mentioned comes in. The inside of the dome had a cloudy film and obvious finger prints. The dome does not come off. It is glued down with what looks like hot glue stick. I decided that I would see if I could get the dome off using a razor blade. It took me an hour of being very careful but I finally got it off. I cleaned the dome and placed it back over the rose. Turned on the lights and the base was lit but not the actual rose head. So again I removed the glue holding down the little LED fairy lights and wrapped them around the actual stem and rose. That made all the difference in the world.

I'm not usually a big flower fan because even though a flower is always beautiful, they never last. This gift definitely changes that! The rose is housed in a charming glass cover and lights up which makes it even more lovely. This gift can be for the many...moms, daughters, aunts, grandmothers, and even the little girl(or girl at heart) who is a Beauty and the Beast Fan or especially a fan of a delightful rose!! Highly recommend, will not disappoint!

I got the packaged and was looking forward to its beauty. I opened it with care and once having it full open, I saw the rose was broken off stem. Luckily it’s from the bottom which could be repairable, but still sucks it didn’t come perfect.Even with adding batteries and lighting up the led lights, the glass was very dirty. Just fingerprint/ smudges but still not a good presentation. Overall I like the gift but definitely need to re-glue the stem to the bottom and clean glass before I actually gift which makes it a hassle. Just keep in mind idk if company can perfect that but definitely needs to be more careful and particular with making sure the package is secure and immaculate.

Purchased this Eternal Rose as a gift for my wife for our 51st wedding anniversary and she is extremely happy with this gift. She has displayed it prominently for others to see. I don't think I could have gotten a better gift for her.

My wife 😍 said that I haven't bought her flowers for a long time (I do surprise her with gifts throughout the year). So I made a deal with her - I will get her a flower and I will replace it with another when the flower wilts and no longer looks good.This "eternal rose" is a blessing. My wife loves it and keeps saying how beautiful it is! Not only that, but it will NEVER wilt! This is totally a "WIN WIN" situation! Thanks!

I bought the eternal rose for my parents 50th Anniversary. Dad was in a bad motorcycle wreck months before the big day, and we didn't know if he would make it. He did and they were able to open the rose together. It's absolutely beautiful, and the customer service was something you don't see anymore. We were contacted to make sure everything was perfect in the packaging, and the workmanship. Kudos to the seller for a fantastic product.
