Does NOT fit '71-'75 Jeerp CJ models W/ 4.2l !!
This product was purchased using the search '1975 Jeep CJ5 4.2l' The field connection has the spade connectors at a right angle, Jeep CJ's have a parallel connector on their harness. The bottom bracket on a 1975 CJ has a width of 2", this piece has only a 1" bottom mount. This piece has instructions that use a lot of space describing how to hook up (or how not to ) a 'remote sense' feature, pretty much unheard of in 1975. Because this isn't my daily driver I'm going to bend the field connectors to fit ,make a 1" spacer, and hope the Jeep has no problems. This is NOT a good buy for a CJ model Jeep with a 258ci engine!!
