Broken lid
The product arrived wrapped in paper package and tied in lots of plastic and tape around the bottle. When I finally managed to unwrap all the plastic I noticed the lid was broken. I had to pour the product in a glass bottle. Also the product is not that good.

I have bought a rose water under the same brand, which is a very good product. Therefore, I have bought the Alo Vera gel with the same brand and again it did not disappoint me. Very satisfied with the brand and its products. well recommended.
