Excellent fit and secure clasp mechanism
Upgraded my Fitbit strap for a nicer one so I can wear it out in the evening. Great design, easy to fit and good clasp mechanism. You do have to be a bit dextrous to do up and undo the strap if its a tight fit you want. I have mine slightly looser and wear it up off my lower wrist.

No opening clasp
There is no opening clasp so it is pretty difficult to get on and off once you have adjusted the links for your wrist. I had to leave an extra two links and open the link every time I want to remove and put on - this unfortunately means it slides around my wrist while wearing it.
