Weird but it works!
Short review: its great, kinda weird, but I'm sore and starting to see my abs again!!Long review: Feels like its tickling and then your muscles tense up. has 150 levels and my husband and I (and we work out) have only managed to get to 70 so far. We've used it for almost 2 weeks now and I'm seeing my "sidelines" and he's starting to see faint bars. It's awesome because we'll put it on after working out and cook dinner in it, and it makes it super convenient! My husband has some damage to his abs from when he was a kid and tore a muscle and has never been able to get them really strong again no matter what he does. In one week I could already see the faint outlines of his top two bars and now in the second week the bottom ones are beginning to make a comeback. So it really does seem to help people who have torn abs! I also like the fact that it tells you to still workout and eat right and that its not a "one stop shop" (we got a warehouse one and the box was a little bent but it works perfect and was half the price. so it was worth it!!)

Do Not Recommend
Compared to the named-brand gel pads for the Flex Belt that I’m used to, these kind of seem like a cheap and poor substitute. I was trying to save money, but these just don’t stick to the belt very well, so they tend to fall off quite a bit or just stay on your skin. They also feel quite a bit thinner and just not the same quality. Last but not least, I find it a little bit painful to use these with the belt’s highest setting. Maybe it’s because they’re so thin and there’s not much of a buffer between your skin and the electrical impulses. I assume they are safe in that way, but I have my doubts.

and I love it! Flex Belt recommends changing the pads every ...
So, I have been using the Flex Belt for about six months, and I love it! Flex Belt recommends changing the pads every 30 days. I would highly recommend doing so! If you think about it, they are only about $15 for the pads. So, that is fifty cents a day for abs. That's not that much! For me, I have noticed that they start to wear down after about 30 days. If you don't change them, there is a slight buzzing around them, and you can't move around to do things as much. So, save yourself the hassle and discomfort and change them! I would highly recommend the belt and pads to anyone that I know!

Much better than the non Flex Belt knock offs.
I purchased the non-Flex Belt brands and wasn't impressed with those. The Flex Belt brand is the way to go...if you can find them.
