These are of a easy size to swallow. I will need to use them longer to state much about their effectiveness as most herbs can take 3 to 6 weeks to actually incorporate into your system fully. But so far they do seem to be helping me with some energy levels. I also appreciate the fact that I have not noticed any taste while taking them nor aftertaste after having them in my system for a few minutes. I am very happy with this order.

Herbs Forever uses a 15:1 extract(400mg) for increased beneficial Tannins and then a 2nd whole spectrum 10:1 extract(300mg) to cover all the Beneficial constituents.
