ORIGINAL BAZOOKA BUBBLE GUM WITH COMICS 6PC

I am hosting a luncheon based on the 1940's and wanted to give each of my seven friends a sample of the candy (or gum) that was introduced in their birth year. I was able to easily find the appropriate candies for six of my friends, but was at a loss to find Bazooka, introduced in 1947. Yes, it is pricey for two small boxes, but well worth it. I was a tad disappointed that the two boxes arrived slightly dented.

I got this for my grandson because I told him that when I was a kid this was the only bubble gum for blowing bubbles. It’s much harder and doesn’t soften up like it used to to blow big bubbles. Such a disappointment!

OMG how I missed this gum. We gave our 16 year old daughter an 80s theme party and had to purchase some Bazooka gum. We displayed it in a glass jar. It was perfect.
