TERRIBLE PRODUCT as soon as I plugged my lamp in the thing blew up and caused sparks to fly out which had I not been in the room would have been extremely dangerous .. they said they would refund me which I appreciated but they are not liable to cover postage which for a 3kg lamp would cost more than I paid for the product .. I think this is awful as the product they sold me was faulty and not fit for purpose .. i shouldnt be out of pocket just because they sold shoddy merchandise!! Had to give 1 star as no option to give none !!

I've had this lamp a few weeks now so thought it about time I wrote about it.Firstly it arrived well protected with everything intact. Very easy to use – simply place it where you want and switch it on. That's it – couldn't be easier.It gives a beautiful warm light, not bright enough to read by, but it makes our living room look so warm and cosy; we love it. It's usually switched on late afternoon, and kept on for at least seven hours every night, by which time it's slightly warm to the touch. The bulb has a threaded screw, about the size of a refrigerator bulb; we had to change ours last week and that's what we put in.These salt lamps are, apparently, beneficial to one's health, giving off positive ions into the air. All I can say is that we have noticed a slight reduction in my husband's dry cough – coincidence? I don't know, but we like the appearance of it anyway.

Looks so lovely. Was worried it would look cheap because of the price but it does not! Very very happy with it. Only thing is that my bulb blew as soon as I put it in - I changed it immediately along with the fuse and it now works perfectly fine. Please don’t let that put you off buying it because it’s so simple to fix and the bulbs cost £1 for two from my local poundstretcher so I stocked up just incase. I had a read around online and in the instructions booklet and it is normal for the bulb to blow the fuse at first or when you haven’t used it for a while so it’s definitely not to do with the product being faulty. Highly recommend it, the light it gives off makes the room feel very relaxing and cosy and it looks beautiful even when it is not turned on.

This is the first review I have ever written but I had to! This is such great value for money. They came quicker than expected and are really good quality, they look so lovely and I'm so happy with my purchase! I would definitely buy again!

I love these lamps. The seller has obviously paid attention to feed back, they are now individually boxed, bulb, cable in separate packaging, and instructions/information on these beautiful lamps are now included. Base still a little bit shabby, but even that has improved.

Daughter loved it. No assembly required. No issues at all. Very happy.Just updated review. Daughter went to change bulb after a lot of use and found it covered in bubble wrap! Thank goodness it didn't get hot! Please check the bulb thst comes with this lamp.

My third lamp from this buyer Bulbs keep blowing. And since I opened this one, I’ve fitted 6 bulbs and none of them work. (Right size, model make etc) no way of contacting the seller. Absolute waste of money . First one worked fine for about a month then blew bulbs and never worked again. Bought a second one. And worked for a few days. Kept blowing bulbs. This is the third and same thing. Not just a fault. Just a crap item . Avoid

I received my salt lamp and it was all set up. All I needed to do was plug it in which was great. A few weeks later it wouldn't turn (my friend said hers has stopped working also). My friend pulled out the bulb and was horrified to find it was wrapped in bubble wrap and that the plastic had melted all over the fitting. I raced home to check mine and it was exactly the same ! see pic above. This is such a fire hazard. please remember to open and check your bulbs before switching on.
