Inconsistent quality and contents
Unit was ordered for HP OfficeJet 6700 Premium printer. The first order came with filled cartridges; when they were installed, the cyan cartridge could not be recognized. The order return window was past (I waited to replace the cartridge until the original was empty), so I opened a chat window with Amazon, and the rep credited my acct for 1/4 the original cost and asked me to re-order the item, which I did. The second order came, but this time the cartridges were empty. I chatted once again with customer service and was told that yet another replacement order would be sent; this was never received. However, I had ink already, so I filled the empty cyan cartridge and loaded it; it was recognized but showed empty. Swapping back and forth a couple of times with the two cyan cartridges seemed to fix this, and the printer now works.

Ok deal
From the initial set the printer was not happy with black cartridge. The color were accepted perfectly fine.Seller replaced the cartridges and they worked perfectly.Not my kids can print to their hearts content and I may still have some retirement savings left…

The best way to save money on printing supplies is to buy this product and some ink.
This product saves money and ends frustration of buying name brand inkjet cartridges. The inkjet printer manufacturers are taking advantage of consumers by requiring you to buy a certain refill type for for each model of their printers. Why does the printer company have a 100 types of print cartridges for their products? Why are printer refill inkjet cartridges so expensive? To boost profits. Buy this product and stop wasting your hard earned dollars . The product is easy to use (imagine using a small turkey baster).

HP 6600 Solution
You have to send a print job to the printer to accept the third party cartridges. Very important go through all the steps with the printer first then print a test page, you will be asked if you purchased the cartridges as genuine HP product answer no. You will go through the same question for every individual cartridge so be patient and answer all of them. From what I understand HP wants to know if the cartridges are bootlegged

Easy to use even tho I got some ink on my hands

TERRIBLE!
These are horrible! If I want to print anything I have to run my printer through the printer head cleaning mode. Which on my HP Officejet 7612 can take 15mins! Even after that it still doesn't print! I spent my entire return period trouble shooting these non working cartridges. I dont know if mine are faulty or if the positive reviews are lies. Either way, my experience has been nothing but a nightmare!

Best customer service and will continue to buy their products
The ink cartridges were empty but were supposed to be full. I reached out to the company and immediately sent me another set. However the second set was empty too. They immediately responded to my email and gave me full refund. Aomya has the best customer service and I would definitely buy from them again.
